1. Scope

These terms of use govern the use of the content, data, graphics, and information provided on the website www.tauernwetter.at (hereinafter "Content") by visitors to the website (hereinafter "Users").

2. Copyright & Original Work

All content published on this website is protected by copyright. Unless otherwise indicated, rights and modifications belong to Mag. David Kaufmann.

A significant portion of the visualizations (maps, diagrams, meteograms, model and nowcasting graphics) are self-plotted from raw or base data, some with proprietary processing, post-processing, quality checks, and graphical and content improvements. These derived works are - unless otherwise stated - independent copyrighted representations.

3. Private Use

The use of content is permitted exclusively for private, non-commercial use (viewing on screen, individual copies for personal use).

4. Commercial Use

Any commercial or business use or further exploitation - particularly of maps, diagrams, model fields, and data exports - is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Distribution and Publication

The distribution, reproduction, publication, or other making available of content to third parties (digital or printed) requires prior express written consent from Mag. David Kaufmann.

6. Use of Weather Forecasts for Municipalities

Municipalities can embed weather forecasts for their respective municipality via the page https://tauernwetter.at/fuer-gemeinden.html using a code generator. The use of the codes generated there is expressly permitted:

• As an iFrame embedding with the provided code
• As a direct link to the respective weather forecast page

Weather forecasts are provided in the design and layout specified by Tauernwetter and are automatically updated.

Not permitted without prior written consent:

The independent extraction, reading, or crawling of forecast data from the pages provided at https://tauernwetter.at/fuer-gemeinden.html as well as their distribution, display, or publication in a format different from the standard design requires prior express written consent from Mag. David Kaufmann.
